Welcome to Our School

I am incredibly proud to work alongside the staff and governors to lead Yewtree Primary School.  Our motto is "Choosing to learn, growing success" and we all wholeheartedly believe in promoting opportunities for all of our pupils to become confident, independent life-long learners.  

Yewtree Primary School was newly formed in September 2008. We are a two form entry school, with extensive grounds, and have a morning only nursery school.  

Although Yewtree has been through some challenging times, we believe passionately  about children’s education and are determined to support every pupil in our care to thrive. We aim to provide a stimulating and meaningful education developing our pupils to become  well-rounded individuals with a desire to learn and achieve. We have high expectations of ourselves and the pupils and are committed to raising standards and securing further improvements.
